Hey, welcome back to my Perfect Path. For those of you who are new, I'm your host, Daniel Koo, and I welcome you to season two. Ahead of the new season, I want to briefly talk about why I decided to host the show in the first place. For me, at large pivotal moments of my life, such as applying to new colleges, applying to new jobs or determining what next career move is right for me, I spent time researching and finding mentorship to determine what was the best path for me. I knew that this struggle was not isolated to me. Everyone struggles with this, simply because we cannot predict the future. However, I found something that is second best to predicting the future it's learning from those ahead of our career and from those who've seen more and experienced more. After all, there are not that many problems that have not been solved yet. If you've ever felt unsure about your next career move or you just feel a little bit lost, you're in the right place To give you a sneak peek of season two.
Daniel Koo:We have a great roster of guests. We have the CEO of Hire Better and their founder. We have an author who owns our own publishing company. We have a business development and strategic marketing consultant who was once a Disney Imagineer, an emergency medicine doctor who is also chief of staff senior scientists at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and an entrepreneur who has a leading career in global marketing. I'm really excited to share these episodes with you so that we can all grow from the insights and wisdom they shared. Furthermore, this season, the podcast is evolving. We've got an amazing team behind the scenes to make the show even better. Our editor, sam Choi, brings his expertise from Berkeley's sound engineering program to ensure every episode sounds top-notch, and our marketing lead, janie Park, is making sure our inspiring stories are reaching the right people. I'm really excited for season two and as we grow, I hope you grow with us. Thanks for listening.
